How early should we engage PRINS before an event?
The earlier the better. For full event management — venue, fabrication, AV, talent and manpower — earlier engagement gives more room for creative development and cost control. Share your date and we will confirm feasibility and a production schedule. [Typical minimum lead time to be confirmed by PRINS.]
Can PRINS manage an event from concept to completion?
Yes. That is our core model: one team covering concept development, creative design, production, vendor coordination, logistics, manpower, setup, on-ground execution and post-event support.
Do you support events outside Kuala Lumpur or across Malaysia?
Yes. We have delivered activations and campaigns nationwide, including projects in Selangor, Penang, Pahang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah and Sarawak.
Can a proposal be customised to our budget?
